Phu Quoc International Airport is accessible within a 21 mi drive. Elegantly furnished, air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, in-room safe, a mini-bar, seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Extra bed and Surcharge: All children are welcome and surcharge following policy: Infants from 0- 3 years old stay for free if sharing room with parents. Children from 4 years old- Additional charges will applied. Guests from 12 years old are considered as adults. -Only one extra bed for one room. Villa room does not have extra bed. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to share existing beds with parents. An extra bed is mandatory for any additional child. -Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details. -Guests are required to provide accurate and complete occupancy details, including the number of adults and children, to ensure correct pricing. -Any undeclared or additional guests will be subject to applicable surcharges at check-in in accordance with the hotel’s policy. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself. • When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup. • A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND. RESORT REGULATIONS: To contribute to a civilized resort environment, please comply with the following regulations: -The standard check-in time is at 15:00. Please arrange the schedule to arrive after this time to avoid waiting, especially during peak period in summer & weekend. -Outside food/drinks are not allowed. Please inform front desk if brought, fee applies VND 1,175,000/time. Hotel will not be responsible for related safety. -Do not bring fruits with a strong smell (such as durians, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc) into the hotel room.
